I am very happy with the introduction and interview Sally Taylor, diet therapist and consultant metabolic typing how to go beyond the concept of individual access to food.

Why diet is important as metabolic typing therapists (mt)?

MT is essential for my practice. I use it as a starting point for all customers. I call myself a therapist, nutritionist diet as a contrast, because it is the enormous importance that comes to reflect on how to get the right diet. LessCustomers are willing to change their diet, there is no point in her consulting me. Everything else will still only nibble at the edges of the problem. I am not prepared for customers who really want to simply buy a list of supplements to take or avoid the food. This is an allopathic approach to nutrition - it treats the symptoms without correcting the underlying problems. Diet Therapy is a holistic approach, since the body is all that is necessary to ensure the health and vitality by buildingfrom the inside out. Many people understand the doctors still do not know that it is literally true that we eat what we do. The food is the raw material we consume more and build and repair and replace every cell of our body. It is a waste of money to spend a fortune on supplements or subscription to a gym during the processing of nutrient deficient and defective, plates continues!

Is there such a thing as a healthy diet?

Yes, absolutely, but not a standardThis can be prescribed on the line - a cure-all is looking there. The exact recipe is different for everyone, depending on the MT. The balance of the macro and micro nutrients needed by our body to function at peak efficiency depends on our genetic heritage and individual stressors. There are clear principles that apply to everyone, but: eat organic, whole foods (as close to nature and as unprocessed as possible - which is just cooked, raw or lightly), drinksensuring plenty of water to avoid toxins such as alcohol, cigarettes, caffeine, drugs, and having a sufficient daily dose of sunshine, fresh air, exercise, and 8 hours of night sleep quality.

What makes MT differs from Atkins, Zone, GI, low fat diets?

These diets work for some people sometimes, and some of the problems that contribute to weight gain or poor health in some people. The difference between these popular diets and MT is that MT isno "diet" in the sense that normally speak. It is not something to be for a couple of weeks a few pounds, and then returns to old eating habits. It requires a commitment to a radical change of lifestyle.

Metabolic Typing is a clinical method to determine the correct staple food for customers, and the development and tightening the specific biochemical. Proper application, you can not "not" on the Metabolic Typing Diet, because it is actually a learning process thatteaches clients to listen to their body signals, and set the ratio of carbohydrates, proteins and fats to adapt to their unique metabolism. A detailed individual nutritional needs are dependent on their respective interaction of genetics and environment.

In recent years, controlled carbohydrate diets like the Atkins, Zone and IM have become popular, even in spite of orthodox advice, because they work for millions of people. The reason for this is that theyall with limited amount of carbohydrates consumed affected. Most people, including athletes and active children eat too many carbohydrates in the form of processed, convenience foods. Even if they have already cut cakes, cookies, puddings, chocolate, etc., continue to fill what has been said healthy forms of carbohydrates such as breakfast cereals, bread, potatoes and pasta. It is simply not designed to eat carbs so much!

Basically, I have to hold another type of Atkins diet today, but part of the changes I have learned from MT. I'm sure the vast majority of my food is organic and not treated, and I avoid soy products - in fact, a cave-man style diet.

So why is not known as MT or how these popular diets?

MTrapidly gaining popularity. Cooking With Kids - How to Make Chocolate Covered Rice Crispy Treats

How would you like an idea for a fun activity to do with your children? How about something that will give your kids a sense of accomplishment that will make them feel like a grown up? Baking is just that activity. It gives kids practice to improve their invaluable skills in the kitchen, which they'll need later in life. The best choices for recipes should be easy to make and allow for some creativity such as shapes, colors or toppings, and of course, the most important "ingredient", they should taste great! So what's something that your kids will love to make and eat?

You got it- Rice crispy treats. There are 3 different approaches that we'll take in this article, but with some twists. We will make normal Rice crispy treats, mixed ones and chocolate covered. You've all made Rice crispy treats before so let's have some fun with the normal kind and discuss shapes. You can do the traditional squares by filling the rice crispy treat mix in a square or rectangular pan and cutting out the pieces, but you could also have some extra fun. Get some cake pans with different shapes. You can find a variety of many different shapes, anything from their favorite characters, seasonal shapes, for example, Halloween or Christmas, as well as various small normal shapes like stars or mini bundt cakes. The cake pans come big or small and can be found at any store that sells baking supplies or online.

Before you finish up all the mix take half of it and blend in your favorite hard candies to add flavor and a contrast of texture, whether they're M&Ms, Reese's Pieces or cinnamon candies. Have some more fun, why not try soft candies too? Try some multi-colored chocolate chips or your favorite gummy candies, maybe Sour Patch Kids.

Want some more unique ideas? Mix in chocolate flavored rice crisped cereal with the mix to create multi-flavored treats. Just have the kids help with stirring the mix after it's removed from the heat (microwave or stove top), mixing in the candies and pressing the mix into your choice of pan. Your kids will love their rice crispy creations and can take them to school to share with their classmates and they also make great teachers gifts. But the fun is just beginning. You could combine all these elements for the "grand finale".

Now we are going to create chocolate covered rice crispy treats!

I prefer to use a double boiler to melt my chocolate which is one pan sitting inside a bigger pan. You heat up the water on medium heat in the bottom pan and place grated milk chocolate or milk chocolate chips in the top one. You can also use the microwave by melting chips in a small microwavable bowl. First, heat up the chips for one minute and 10 seconds stir and then again in 10-second intervals. The chips will not melt to a liquid form just by heating the chips up. You must stir them with a metal spoon once they show signs of melting. No matter the shape of treat, dip it into the chocolate at least half way over the treat and place on a baking sheet lined with wax or parchment paper. Add some sprinkles or colored sugar or even use white chocolate!

Your kids will love all the different varieties. Let their creativity run wild and make sure to take their works of art as gifts to their teachers, friends, grandparents or relatives. Let your "little chefs" boast how good their treats look and taste!

In combination with some fun designs with decorating gel.
If you use different colors for your plugs just add some food coloring to the icing to cover cookies first.

Easter Egg Spinach Dip

The traditional bread dip recipe is perfect for your next holiday party.

Ingredients

Large oval loaf of bread (rye orPumpernickel)
Spinach dip (store bought or your own)
Yellow food coloring
Directions

Cut bread in half lengthwise.
Dig the center of the two halves.
Take half of the spinach dip and pour into a bowl.
Add yellow food coloring and blend until the desired color.
Put the spinach dip right at the yellow center of the plate of bread.
The remaining spinach dip around the center.
Taken with the pieces of bread in half, torn into small piecesAt the local level and all the bread and serve.
Tip: Add some 'cheese on bread with a small shovel and cheese block. This place looks like candy in a piece of bread. If you wish, you can decorate the outside of the bread (egg) with a cheese spray.

Cupcakes (store bought or your own)
White Frosting
Black and red licoRice strings
Nutter Butter Cookies
Brown and Red M & Ms
Directions

Freeze cupcakes (if not already purchased it) with white frosting.
Nutter Butters, place 2 on each side of the cupcake on the back (these are the ears). You can highlight some of pink frosting on rabbit ears.
2 brown M & M's place in the cake for the eyes and a red nose.
Add some 'whiskerswith black licoRice.
Without this delightful plush rabbit with a smile on the red licoRice.
Children Easter Recipe No. 4

Rice Krisp Easter baskets

Rice Krisp is the perfect ingredient for shaping into fun projects. This Easter baskets are so fun to make and decorate.

Ingredients

Rice Krispies
Marshmallow
White Frosting
Green food coloring
Jelly Beans or ovalCandy
Directions

Rice Krisp comes to you, as indicated in the field.
Use a small bowl and give to the head.
Spray grease.
Press treatment of Rice Krispies in a bowl to make it in a basket. Let cool before using.
On a sheet of waxed paper, press and Rice Krisp is in the form of handle. It may be necessary to measure the bowl to make sure you do it long enough.
Turn rightand wax on paper.
In a bowl, combine frosting and green food coloring.
